iw@re RECOVERY SYSTEM - iRS
The intranet Recovery System will allow various of the clients internal service providers e.g. Internal Business Services departments, who provide products and services to employees via the iw@re application suite, to recover their internal costs automatically on a real-time, on-line basis using existing cost centre codes.
Those internal service providers that cannot warrant a cost effective presence and therefore don't provide products or services via iw@re system are catered for by providing an uploading facility of a CSV files, generated automatically from an Ms Excel spreadsheet template, into iR$.
The service provider cost center will be credited and the employee cost center debited at a month-end run and updated directly into the clients existing financial accounting package.
